This project involved the master planning and architectural design of a spice processing campus specializing in pepper and blended masalas. The goal was to create a functional, efficient, and environmentally responsive industrial environment while preserving the sensory richness and cultural identity associated with spice production.
The campus layout is organized around a clear workflow—from raw spice arrival to cleaning, drying, grinding, blending, packaging, and dispatch. Each zone is planned to streamline movement, reduce cross‑contamination, and maintain strict hygiene standards. Circulation for workers, materials, and vehicles is separated to ensure safety and efficiency.
